How do I place an order on oisoioi.com?
You can easily place your order directly on our webshop. Place the desired items in the cart, and then follow the step-by-step guide for payment and delivery. We accept all major payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We process orders quickly, and if your order has already been packed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
What is the delivery time for my items?
Standard delivery time for stock items is typically 2-5 business days in Denmark. For handmade furniture or special orders, the delivery time may be longer. You can find the precise delivery time on the individual product page.
What does "New Nordic with an Asian Twist" mean?
It is the core of our design philosophy. Our products combine the clean, minimalist aesthetic of Scandinavian design with the colourful, detailed, and honest craftsmanship from Vietnam. The result is unique interior design with soul.
Which materials do you use for your lamps?
Our iconic lampshades (e.g., UFO, Pumpkin, and Umbrella) are made from genuine silk or silk paper and feature a frame of bamboo or other natural fibres. We never use synthetic plastic, which ensures the unique, soft, and warm light.
Are the lacquer products handmade?
Yes. Our lacquer boxes and trays are 100% handcrafted. They are typically made from MDF wood and covered with 13-15 layers of lacquer, which gives the deep, glossy finish. All details, such as the dragonfly handles, are also handmade.
Do you ensure sustainability and good working conditions?
Responsibility is fundamental. Our products are handmade in small, family-owned workshops in Vietnam, where we have a local presence. This ensures proper working conditions and that the proud Vietnamese craft traditions are maintained. We are loyal to our workshops and have long, close collaborations.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost depends on the size of the order and the delivery method. The exact price will be calculated and displayed before you finalise your purchase. We often offer free shipping over a certain amount.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as you received it. Note that you must cover the cost of return shipping yourself.
What do I do if the item is damaged during transport?
Should your item, contrary to expectations, arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately with photo documentation of both the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
How do I maintain my lacquer boxes?
The lacquer boxes should be wiped clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid strong cleaning agents, as they can damage the glossy lacquer surface. Do not place lacquer products in strong, direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may affect the colour.
Can I wash my Oi Soi Oi lampshades?
No. We recommend gently wiping the silk or paper lampshades with a dry microfibre cloth or using a soft brush to remove dust. Avoid water and moisture, as it can deform the material.

You can buy our entire assortment directly here at our website. Additionally, our products are sold through a selection of authorised retailers and design shops.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
OiSoiOi is primarily an online business, but we collaborate with several retailers where you can see a selection of our collection. Contact us to find out the nearest retailer in your area.
